Return Policies

Defective items: We offer 30 days replacement for defective products. Most of our products cover 1 year manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.  We will be glad to assist you with the RMA item by providing you the RMA numbers and shipping information.  Some of our products do not have to be shipped at our local address.  On some instance customers should contact the manufacturer's product support for any technical issues, or we will assist you if you have problems contacting the manufacturer. 

Non-defective items: Subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers testing, stocking, re-packing of the item.  Item will still be evaluated as to the condition to which it was received.  Additional charges may apply.  Returns due to wrong order or change-of-mind of the buyer would still be subject to 25% restocking fee and should not exceed 7-days period after date of receipt.

Credit Refund Policy:  Refund process usually takes 3-5  business days after we fully test the returned item.  If refund will be via credit card then additional 5% (visa, mastercard, discover) and 8% (American Express) as trasaction fees.
